Admissions Policy

Unaccompanied Minor Policy 
We welcome all youth to our venues, however, youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older at all times.  One adult may supervise up to 10 youth. Anyone 21 years or younger should be prepared to show an employee a state or federal identification card.  No form of college or high school ID will be accepted.  

Code of Conduct 
ShowBiz is a welcoming and safe place for all our guests. 
Dangerous, disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior or language is not tolerated. 
Outside food and drink is prohibited. 
In support of federal law, camera use is not permitted in any theater. 
Guns are banned on these premises. 
Appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn. 
Costumes and masks that obscure the face are prohibited. 
Any act defined by Federal, State, or local ordinances as a criminal act is prohibited. 
Any guest that is in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the venue.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Showbiz Cinemas enforces a zero tolerance policy on device use in auditoriums. If theater staff observe cell phones or personal devices in use during a screening, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund.

We kindly ask the guests turn off cell phones prior to entering the auditorium and take all calls and texts in the lobby.
